WHAT ARE SOME BENEFITS OF HOT YOGA?

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE?
Daily practice rejuvenates your mind, body, and spirit. You should start to feel stronger and also calmer after just a few classes as you start to better tune in to your breath and focus during your practice. For the most results we always recommend at least 3 - 4 sessions a week.
CAN BEGINNERS DO HOT YOGA?
Absolutely, hot yoga is suitable for everyone! Each class is multi-level and everyone works with the variations best for them and their practice at the time. You don't need to be flexible, flexibility is something you gain throughout your growth and practice with yoga. Whether you can touch your toes or not, yoga is about finding balance.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
➺ Bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. We also sell bottles of water, offer towel rental service, and you can rent or buy mats at the studio. Make sure you're hydrated before hand and aim to drink about 16 oz. two hours prior to class. Try not to eat anything 2 - 3 hours before your class, and if you must, eat some fruit!
➺ Wear fitted clothes! Women tend to wear yoga pants or shorts with a fitted shirt or tank and sports bra. For men, shirt and a pair of shorts.
